What is your Serial Number?
When contacting S&G about your machine, please provide the machine’s Serial Number. This is a 5-digit ID on an aluminum nameplate located on the lower-right hand corner of the Vyleater’s front panel- beginning with a “V” and followed by 4 numbers. This nameplate will include the Serial Number, the Model Number and the service voltage.
The manuals will also reference the serial number

Single copies of the Electric schematic are found inside your manual or glued to the inside of the front skin panel. Hard copies or electronic copies (by fax, PDF or AutoCAD) are available free of charge by calling 1-866-VYLEATER.

Each manual is customized to the exact “as-built” specifications. Generally, the manual is provided in a 3-ring binder. However, an electronic version (Adobe Acrobat PDF) may be available for newer machines.
Installation Section: details on locating, positioning and hooking up the Vyleater and any accessories. Layout dimensional drawings and an electric schematic are also included.
Operation Section: Step-by-step operating procedures including tips for processing vials through the Vyleater.
Maintenance Section: Preventative maintenance guide; basic troubleshooting guide; electrical schematic; complete bill of material list; a separate list of common spare parts; and technical info on the crusher or shredder components.
